This week, experts from across Africa, Asia, North America, and Europe came together for a Good Healthy Schools Round Table—a truly global discussion on integrating health into school development. Representatives from international organizations, academic institutions, and public health agencies shared insights on how we can build schools that support both learning and well-being.

The European Commission is preparing for the next multiannual financial framework (MFF), the EU's long-term budget, which will start in 2028. Following President von der Leyen's Political Guidelines for the 2024-2029 European Commission, the Commission aims to create a simpler, more focused, and responsive budget that reflects European strategic priorities. To achieve this, seven public consultations are launched to gather views from interested parties on how to make the most of the EU budget.
One of the consultations covers EU funds supporting cross-border education, training and solidarity, young people, media, culture, and creative sectors, values, and civil society.
