Students' health, well-being, motivation, and educational success are linked to characteristics of teaching and the school climate, as well as to the health and well-being of teachers and school administrators.
WHP measures optimize the balance between workloads and resources at the organizational/school culture, staff, and teaching levels. When workloads and resources are well-balanced, the well-being and job satisfaction of school administrators, teachers, and other school professionals increase. The well-being and job satisfaction of school staff, in turn, directly impact educational quality, the attractiveness of the school as a place to work, costs, the resilience of the organization, and the willingness to innovate.
