The course conveys knowledge about risks in the workplace. Based on different perspectives oriented organization, social processes and leadership, interaction between people and technology, individual circumstances, perception, motivation, safety behavior, human errors, attitudes and values about safety, stress and safety, group norms and safety climate and safety culture. The course includes elements of safety and risk, personal safety and security, risk analysis and risk management, human-technology-organization (MTO), prevention, regulatory laws, regulations and standards.
