TRECVET (Transnational Recognition of European Certification in Vocational Education and Training) provides an analytic software tool that makes qualifications transparent and comparable and thereby gives decision makers the necessary information to implement a system of transferable credits (ECVET). This mutual recognition of other states qualifications will encourage and help mobility and cross-border exchange. With the development of the TRECVET analytic software tool the project aims to provide the SCV sector as well as the wider vocational sector with a tool that allows recognition of qualifications and also contributes to the devlopment of the ECVET system.
