With the help of experience-oriented objects and methods, with quizzes and competitions all groups were motivated to make arrangements in the first phase. Employees were told to think of situations where contusions may occur at the workplace, look for them, mark and record them, judge them and develop methods for the reduction of risks. For the start of the event every employee received a spring clamp. The possibility of the management to be a part of the success had been determined beforehand. The results of the search for risks was presented and the engagement was praised and rewarded. The campaign took three months time.
