The project will create an alternative education center that offers children and hard-working adolescents the opportunity to continue their primary studies. The classes will have a modern curriculum, and the teaching methodology will include specially developed digital interactive programs. Schedules will accommodate the needs of at-risk children. This project is centered on the CIRCLE program objective to strengthen formal, informal and transitory educational systems to stimulate the school assistance of child laborers and of those at-risk of becoming economically active. It intends to offer an alternative education plan with a quality curriculum developed through information and communication technologies that not only guarantee the assistance and continuity of elementary school with quality, but will also assist youth to acquire better skills for their participation in the future labor market.
