The basic question is: What do employees and the company need to bring forward the working environment for lifelong healthy working and for elder employees?

They need:
• measures to minimize health risks for people of all age groups
• specific measures in support of older people for a healthy transition into the pension
• measures for adolescent and young people in preparation for a healthy work biography
• measures to promote a healthy mix of ages in the group work or
  workforce

This project aims to help companies by developing individual measures. Approach to business: After the introduction of the project, an in-house stock check is being carried out. This contains problems and solutions from employee perspective. A summary of results is being discussed in the company project steering group. The recommendations of this group are then coordinated with the management, the work council and the active participants.
After tis, the implementation and evaluation follow.
