Campaign for diminution of contusion injuries

The campaign starts with an up-tempo infotainment show, in which the relevance of contusion injuries is fixed in the employee's minds.
With congeniality, fun and puzzles, the moderator sensitises the participants.
In a special practical event environment directly at the workplace, including examples of dangerous situations or an air baloon show, the physical premises for the employee at each state of education is shown. At the start of the event, for instance, every employee receives a spring clamp to see how easily contusion may happen.
With the help of experience-oriented objects and methods, with quizzes and competitions all groups are motivated to make arrangements in the first phase.

Employees are told to think of situations where contusions may occur at the workplace, look for them, mark and record them, judge them and develop methods for the reduction of risks.
The results of the search for risks was presented and the engagement was praised and rewarded. The campaign took three months time.
The possibility of the management to be a part of the success has been determined beforehand.
