Aims
The aim of the program is to educate professional human resources managers employed both in an enterprise and outside it able to use extensive knowledge about health determinants, systems of quality management, environmental hazards and occupational safety in order to promote healthy work environments and preventing the occurrence of work accidents as well as occupational diseases.
Short description
The studies are composed of lectures and practical classes. The sessions take place once a month – three days a week. Every session consists of 13 units (26 hours). The innovative and comprehensive curriculum of studies includes OSH policy in Poland and EU, ergonomics, OSH management, integrated system of health determinants in the workplace, GP HESSME, as well as legal aspects connected with OSH.
Evaluation
The course has an evaluation system provided by “The Unit of Education Quality Analysis” at Nofer Institute using such methods as an education process questionnaire and self-assessment.
