The internal evaluation looked at the project work process. The subject of the investigation was an analysis of the relevant criteria resulting from initial interviews with core network members.

• Networking / Collaboration / Working climate
• Participation (in meetings, telephone conference)
• Low turnover in core team
• Acceptance of cultural differences
