This video shows a new form of workplace management - safety through participation: working "At eye level" This campaign by the German Social Accident Insurance Institution for the energy, textile, electrical and media products sectors wants to raise awareness for accident prevention and everyday risks of young people. Videos and an inteactive chat are available on the website. In this video on the BSC YouTube channel, Bob Harris, Health, Safety and Environmental officer at JBC Heavy products, clearly explains that the training that BSC provided for his company enabled them to cut accidents by 75%. He and his colleagues were trained by the BSC, that offers a couple of training packages at the training center.

Matthew was just 19 when he was badly injured in a restaurant kitchen.
